We are getting use to child proof locks on everything, making sure the bathroom doors are closed at ALL times (after we found him in the toilet thinking it was bathtime!), not to let him see when we let the dog go outside because he wants to be OUTSIDE all the time, we hide his coat so he won't wear it all day wanting to go out, we are searching for a lock for the fridge because opening and shutting it is so fun for him, he loves singing and dancing around the house, we are currently DONE with Once There Was A Snowman mainly because I am DONE with the snow, we are now working on Popcorn Popping, He loves to sing Head, Shoulder, Knees, and Toes, and of course Twinkle Twinkle. He loves LeeLu. LeeLu is losing weight like crazy. She is not so sure what she thinks of this two year old that NEVER stops chasing her =) He loves to be with me and Kensey. Two little mother hens. He now doesn't want plain cheerios. He likes when I dip them in his yogurt in the morning. Slightly spoiled I know. I love snuggling with him at his naptimes. Its just the two of us, and he is coming in close second with Gus as the best snugglers ever.
He lets us know when he isn't happy. I call it the "Teradactyl" noise. (Not sure how to spell it) Its like this AWWWK noise. Yeppers, he isn't happy when that happens. We just give him time to get it out, and then move on. We figured he has almost been here three weeks. Kensey and Gus both said the other night, I can't remember what its like to NOT have him here. Neither can I. I love the little guy!
Here are some of our latest pictures:
Here he is dancing away. He lifts his shoulders up and moves and grooves.
Opening the fridge...................
SNAP! caught again opening the fridge................
He doesn't like his fingers messy, so this is how he ate the birthday cupcake at the bowling alley!! Did I mention a two year old in a bowling alley isn't the smartest of ideas????
Playing FOOTBALL with Gus. Gus and I try and play catch everyday, now we have a three way pass going on.
Run, LeeLu, Run.......They run in circles. Aiden chasing, LeeLu running for her life!
Sidewalk Chalk. He wasn't quite sure what to do with it, but now we have a whole cement pad covered with his "drawings"
Aiden and Kensey tickling each other. Aiden LOVES to get your EYES!!!
Swinging him around having fun. She is such a great helper with this little guy. He just makes us laugh. Although at the end of the night Chad and I both say, Holy Cow, we are glad we have each other and the kids to help with this trooper! He can run circles around all of us!
